1. About Pulse and these terms
FeelthePulse and Pulse Calendar are owned and operated by Feelthepulse Advertising & Media WLL ("Pulse", "we", "us"), Commercial Registration 162296-2, Kingdom of Bahrain.
These terms cover feelthepulse.me and pulsecalendar.me and our related advertising, content creation, marketing, event organisation, ticketing, experience bookings, paid listings, monthly subscriptions, competitions and giveaways. Each service-specific section applies only where you use that service. Our separate Privacy & Cookies Policy explains personal-data processing.
By using our websites or ordering services, you agree to the applicable terms. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant service. Additional scopes of work, listing conditions and campaign rules must be disclosed before purchase or participation. An expressly agreed service-specific provision takes priority on that subject, but cannot remove mandatory legal rights or a refund entitlement expressly promised at purchase.
Registered office: Flat 330, Building 111, Road 385, Block 304, Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain.
Support email: website@feelthepulse.me
We operate online without fixed public-facing office hours. We normally respond to non-urgent emails within one to two business days, SundayâThursday excluding Bahrain public holidays. For urgent booking issues, include the order number and event date; use the organiser's supplied contact for on-site assistance where available.
2. Eligibility and accounts
Account holders and purchasers must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into the purchase. Adults may book for dependants where the event permits their participation. The purchaser must ensure that participants meet the entry, age, supervision and other requirements disclosed before purchase.
Provide accurate information, keep your account credentials confidential, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised use. Do not share, misuse or attempt to access another person's account.
3. Website use and intellectual property
Do not use the website for fraud, unlawful resale, harassment, misleading listings, infringement, malware, unauthorised scraping or interference with its operation. Pulse and its licensors retain rights in the website's branding, design, software and original content. Limited personal use does not grant permission to republish or commercially exploit that content.
We may proportionately restrict accounts or remove content for misuse, fraud, security risks or legal requirements. Restriction does not automatically extinguish valid bookings or refund entitlements.
4. Advertising content creation and promotional services
Advertising, content creation, marketing, event-management and listing services are subject to an agreed scope, price, deliverables, payment schedule and delivery milestones. Any deposit, revision allowance, usage rights or non-recoverable third-party commitments must be stated before purchase. Additional work or charges require agreement.
Campaign timing depends on the event date and lead time. Publication and promotional milestones are agreed before payment; shorter campaigns may have different deliverables from campaigns booked months ahead. Delays in client materials, access or approvals may require a revised schedule, which we will communicate. We do not guarantee attendance, sales, reach or other commercial results unless expressly agreed in writing.
Clients must provide accurate, lawful materials and obtain the rights and permissions needed for their use, including for identifiable people. Clients retain ownership of their supplied materials and grant Pulse permission to use and adapt them to fulfil the agreed service. Rights in commissioned deliverables, including any source files or third-party assets, are governed by the agreed scope or licence. These terms do not grant either party unrestricted rights to the other's materials.
Pulse may suspend affected work for overdue payment after notice, or refuse unlawful or infringing instructions. Suspension does not automatically forfeit payment for undelivered work. Cancellations are handled under the service-refund section below.
5. Events tickets and organiser responsibilities
Unless a listing identifies Pulse as the organiser, we provide ticketing and booking services on behalf of the identified independent organiser. The organiser is responsible for the event's delivery, venue arrangements, safety and admission in accordance with the listing and applicable law. Pulse remains responsible for its own services and obligations under these terms and applicable law.
Event-specific conditions must be available before purchase. They may provide additional flexibility but cannot remove refund rights expressly promised by Pulse or required by law. Purchases completed on a linked external ticket seller's website are handled by that seller under its disclosed terms.
When Pulse itself organises an event, the listing will identify this and Pulse is responsible for its delivery. Venue, admission, safety and participation rules disclosed before booking apply to all attendees.
6. Bookings payments and confirmation
Review the event, date, time, venue, participant details, ticket category, quantity and total before paying. Prices and the transaction currency are displayed before payment; Pulse checkout charges are in Bahraini dinars (BHD). Applicable taxes and mandatory charges must be included in the displayed final total.
Payments are processed through AFS using the Mastercard Payment Gateway Services integration. A booking is confirmed when payment has been successfully verified and a booking confirmation issued. A pending bank authorisation alone is not confirmation. Contact us if your account is charged but you receive no confirmation; do not repeatedly pay without checking the original transaction.
Keep tickets and access codes secure. Resale or transfer is permitted only where expressly authorised for that booking. We may verify suspected duplicate, unauthorised or fraudulent transactions and take proportionate action, including restricting ticket use during investigation. Legitimate refund rights remain unaffected.
7. Delivery and ticket release
The purchase summary shows the service, price, BHD currency and total including mandatory charges before payment. Payment and booking confirmations are normally emailed shortly after successful payment verification.
Tickets may be delivered immediately or released closer to the event, according to the release date or timeframe disclosed on the event or experience page before purchase. Where the organiser controls ticket release, that arrangement and the expected release timing will be stated. A booking confirmation is not necessarily the admission ticket.
If your confirmation has not arrived within one hour, check spam and contact website@feelthepulse.me with your order details. If your tickets have not arrived by the disclosed release time, contact us for assistance. Do not assume a second purchase is necessary. If ticket delivery fails and the booked service cannot be provided, the applicable non-delivery refund provisions apply.
Events and experiences are delivered at the venue, date and time stated in the booking. Customers buying from Bahrain or overseas receive the same electronic delivery method; event times are in the stated venue's local time unless otherwise indicated. Customers are responsible for travel arrangements and disclosed entry requirements.
Pulse does not ship physical goods under these services. Local and international physical shipping, shipping charges and return-shipping costs do not apply.
8. Monthly subscriptions
Monthly plans are commitment-free beyond the current paid billing period and automatically renew at the amount and billing frequency shown before subscription. The first payment and renewal date will be disclosed during purchase or in the subscription confirmation. Recurring charges require the customer's express authorisation.
Cancel through My Account or by emailing website@feelthepulse.me before the next renewal charge. For email cancellations, the time we receive the request determines whether it was before renewal; our reply time does not extend the subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals and ordinarily leaves service active until the paid period ends. Current-period change-of-mind refunds are not normally prorated, subject to the refund provisions below and applicable law.
We will disclose proposed price changes before they apply and allow cancellation before the affected renewal, obtaining further authorisation where required. A failed payment may interrupt service; it does not authorise undisclosed charges.
9. Ticket cancellations exchanges and transfers
Tickets and dated experiences are not normally refundable for a change of mind, inability to attend, no-show or late arrival where the service was available as described. Clearly disclosed entry restrictions apply. This does not exclude remedies where refusal of admission was unjustified or the service was not delivered as agreed.
Where a listing offers flexible or free cancellation, its stated deadline and conditions apply. A free-cancellation promise will not attract a processing deduction. A 48-hour or other cutoff applies only if expressly displayed for that purchase; there is no universal flexible-cancellation period.
Transfers, name changes, date changes and exchanges are available only where permitted for the event, subject to availability and any fee disclosed before agreement. A request alone does not change the booking; await confirmation.
10. Cancelled postponed changed or interrupted events
For events delivered by independent organisers, the organiser is responsible for decisions about the event's programme, venue, scheduling and delivery. Pulse will liaise with the organiser about affected bookings and communicate the available arrangements to customers. Where Pulse is itself the organiser, Pulse will assess and handle the request directly.
Postponement, a change of headline act or venue, a change to the advertised experience, or interruption or partial delivery does not automatically qualify for a refund under these terms. Requests are reviewed case by case, taking account of the event-specific conditions disclosed before purchase, the organiser's arrangements, the nature and extent of the change, the services delivered and applicable legal and payment-provider requirements. Possible arrangements include retaining the ticket for a revised date, an authorised exchange or credit, or a full or partial refund where appropriate. An organiser's decision does not override an existing refund entitlement under applicable law, payment-provider requirements or conditions disclosed at purchase.
If an event is cancelled outright, the affected booking remains refundable, including mandatory charges collected by Pulse for it. A replacement, voucher or credit will not be imposed instead of a refund to which the customer is entitled.
Customers should contact us promptly after a change notification and, where practicable, before using a revised booking. We may request relevant information and consult the organiser before communicating a decision and its basis. Pulse does not guarantee the performance of independent organisers, but this does not exclude responsibility for Pulse's own services or obligations that cannot be excluded.
11. Cancellation of advertising listings and commissioned services
Customer requests to cancel one-off advertising, content creation, marketing or listing services are assessed case by case, whether made before or after work begins. A change of mind does not automatically entitle the customer to a full or partial refund.
We consider the agreed scope and cancellation conditions, notice given, work and preparation already completed, resources reserved and non-recoverable third-party commitments. Depending on the circumstances, we may agree to cancellation without a refund, a full or partial refund, rescheduling or a service credit. Any cancellation charges or non-refundable commitments must have been disclosed and agreed before purchase; we will explain any proposed deductions and will not recover the same cost twice.
This discretion does not override cancellation or refund rights expressly agreed with the customer or required by applicable law. If Pulse cannot deliver the agreed service, the undelivered portion is refundable. A replacement service requires customer agreement. Disappointing commercial results alone do not qualify where agreed deliverables were completed and no specific result was guaranteed.
12. Subscription refunds
The current paid month is not ordinarily prorated for change-of-mind cancellation. This does not exclude refunds for undelivered services, incorrect charges or applicable legal rights. A renewal incorrectly charged after an effective cancellation will be refunded following verification.
13. Goodwill refunds and processing deductions
Where no refund entitlement exists under the disclosed purchase conditions, this policy or applicable law, Pulse may consider a goodwill request individually. Approval is not guaranteed.
For an approved goodwill ticket refund only, Pulse may deduct actual, reasonable and non-recoverable payment and refund-processing costs attributable to the affected transaction. These may include payment-gateway, acquiring-bank or refund-processing charges actually incurred and not returned to Pulse. Deductions cannot exceed the affected payment or include unrelated overheads, penalties or costs already recovered elsewhere.
Before processing, we explain the deduction, state the exact amount and resulting net refund, and obtain the customer's agreement. We do not deduct the same cost twice or charge an additional payment to obtain a refund. Refunds remain payable only through the original payment method.
No such deduction applies to refunds due to outright event cancellation, Pulse error, a duplicate payment, an incorrect renewal, non-delivery, a valid free cancellation, or any refund required by applicable law, payment-provider requirements or the conditions disclosed at purchase. Refund requests for changed or interrupted events are assessed under section 10; any processing deduction applies only where the refund is a goodwill exception rather than an existing entitlement. Declining a goodwill deduction does not waive any separate legal or policy entitlement.
Any deduction is subject to applicable law and payment-provider requirements. It is not an additional charge for choosing to pay by card.
14. Refund requests verification and timing
Email website@feelthepulse.me from the booking email address, including the order number, affected tickets or service, and reason for the request. We may request relevant supporting information proportionate to the claim. Do not send full card numbers, card security codes or passwords.
We review requests within five business days of receiving complete information. If further investigation is genuinely needed, we explain why and provide an updated timeframe. Business days are SundayâThursday, excluding Bahrain public holidays.
Approved refunds are initiated within 14 calendar days of approval, exclusively through the original payment method. Bank posting times may vary; initiation is not a guarantee of receipt on the same date. We notify the purchaser when the refund is initiated. If the original card is replaced or closed, contact us so the payment provider can handle the refund through its approved process; we do not redirect it to an unrelated card or bank account.
Duplicate payments, overpayments and charges without a fulfilled booking will be investigated and corrected, with any excess returned through the original payment method. If payment is incomplete, we will notify you of the outstanding balance and any payment deadline; the booking may remain unconfirmed until full payment is verified. If the purchase cannot proceed, any amount collected for the unfulfilled service will be refunded. We may verify the original purchase and ticket-use status and reject fabricated or duplicate claims. Used tickets ordinarily do not qualify for change-of-mind refunds, but use does not automatically defeat a valid claim about partial or defective delivery.
If a bank dispute is open, tell us so we can coordinate with the payment provider and avoid duplicate reimbursement. This does not prevent you from exercising available dispute rights.
15. Competitions prizes and giveaways
Competitions and giveaways are open to eligible GCC residents aged 18 or over unless the published campaign rules lawfully specify otherwise. Each campaign will identify its eligibility, entry method, opening and closing dates, selection method, prize, geographical restrictions and relevant sponsor or provider conditions. Required approvals or permits must be obtained for the campaign.
Winners are contacted using the disclosed method and normally have seven days to respond, unless the campaign rules specify a different period. If an eligible winner cannot be verified or fails to respond within that period, an alternative may be selected under the campaign rules. We may request proportionate proof of identity or eligibility and a receipt acknowledging the prize; two identity documents are not automatically required for every promotion.
Prizes are subject to the disclosed availability, redemption, travel and expiry conditions. They are not ordinarily redeemable for cash or transferable, except where the campaign permits a nominee. If a prize becomes unavailable, any substitution will follow the campaign rules, required approvals and applicable law; these terms do not allow an undisclosed reduction in prize value.
Any intended winner announcement or publicity requirements will be stated before entry. Photographs, testimonials and broader promotional use require appropriate permission where applicable. Entry alone does not grant unrestricted rights to a person's likeness. A nominee may collect a prize only where permitted and subject to appropriate verification and permissions.
We may disqualify entries involving fraud, tampering, duplicate entries contrary to the rules or other material breaches. Administrative decisions remain subject to applicable law and available complaint rights. A campaign may be changed or cancelled only for a legitimate reason, with appropriate notice and any required approval, while respecting accrued rights. No blanket waiver removes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Editorial content and external websites
Our editorial content is provided for general information. Health, fitness and nutrition content does not constitute individual medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Obtain appropriately qualified advice where needed.
External websites and independent service providers have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their services or content. Purchases completed on an external sellerâs website are handled by that seller; purchases processed by Pulse should be raised with us. This distinction does not exclude responsibility for our own acts or services.
17. Sanctions
No services will be provided to OFAC-sanctioned countries or other sanctioned countries, persons or entities where prohibited by applicable sanctions requirements. We may conduct necessary checks and decline or restrict transactions accordingly. Payment handling will follow applicable law and payment-provider requirements.
18. Service availability and liability
We use reasonable care in providing our services but do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free website access. Except for express commitments in the listing or these policies, and to the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including separately arranged travel or accommodation costs. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount paid to Pulse for the affected purchase. These exclusions and limits do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, and do not remove mandatory consumer rights or the refund commitments in these terms.
Disruption beyond reasonable control may affect delivery. We will communicate material changes and apply the refund provisions in these terms; a force-majeure event does not automatically eliminate refunds for an undelivered service.
19. Changes governing law and complaints
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version and effective date. The terms accepted at purchase continue to govern that purchase unless a change is required by law or agreed with the customer. Material subscription changes will be notified before they affect renewal.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Bahrain, without restricting mandatory consumer remedies or access to competent authorities. Questions and complaints may be sent to website@feelthepulse.me.
